How many bottles do you need for an event?
As a starting point, plan one 150 ml bottle per guest for a short gathering, one and a half for a half-day event, and two for a full day or hot weather. These are planning guides based on common sense, not fixed rules. Adjust them for your crowd.
How many bottles per guest?
| Type of event | Bottles per guest (150 ml) |
|---|---|
| Short gathering, around two hours | 1 |
| Half-day function, wedding ceremony or office event | 1.5 |
| Full day, outdoor event or summer heat | 2 |
How many cartons is that?
Multiply the number of guests by the bottles per guest, then divide by the bottles in a carton and round up. Our event calculator uses 24 bottles per carton as a guide. Ask your distributor for the actual carton size of the pack you are ordering.
Example: 100 guests at a half-day function. 100 x 1.5 = 150 bottles. 150 divided by 24 is 6.25, so order 7 cartons.
Which flavours should I order?
Offer a mix so guests can choose: Mango, Red Guava, Pineapple, Orange, Litchi and Jeera Kokam are all available in the 150 ml bottle. Order a few spare bottles rather than running short.
What else should I plan?
- Book delivery a few days ahead and tell the distributor your event date and venue pin code.
- Keep the cartons somewhere cool and chill the bottles before serving.
- If you want a GST invoice in your business name, give your GSTIN when you enquire.
