Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Vishvprabha Foods Private Limited ("Kinu", "we", "us") collects through vishvprabhafoods.com/, why, who sees it, and what choices you have. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect, and when

Pin code finder and “ask my shop to stock Kinu”: the pin code you search (we also keep a count of searched pin codes, to see where demand exists), and, if you send an enquiry, your name, phone number, email address, message and quantity.
Bulk enquiry and trial pack request: your name, business or shop name, city, phone, email, GSTIN if you give it, the products and quantities you want, and your message.
Distributor application and starter kit request: your name, company, contact details, state, the areas or pin codes you cover, vehicles, and the other details you enter.
Distributor portal and online orders (when switched on): your account details, delivery and billing address, GSTIN, and order history. Card or UPI details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by us.
Technical and campaign data: the page you came from, campaign tags in the link you used (for example utm_source), and a one-way scrambled form of your IP address that we use only to block spam and abuse. We do not store your IP address in readable form for this.

Why we use it

To pass your enquiry to the distributor who serves your pin code, and to our main office, and to reply to you.
To email you a confirmation, and to send one follow-up email about 48 hours later asking whether the distributor contacted you. If a distributor does not respond, we send reminders and may contact you ourselves.
To review applications, appoint distributors, and decide where to expand.
To process, deliver and invoice orders, and to meet tax and accounting rules.
To keep the website secure and to understand which pages and pin codes are used.

We ask for your consent before you send a form. We use your data only for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

The Kinu distributor serving your pin code, who receives your name, contact details and enquiry. Distributors may use them only to respond to your enquiry.
Our main office and sales team.
Service providers who help us run the site: web hosting, email delivery, spam protection (such as Cloudflare Turnstile, if switched on), analytics (such as Google Analytics, if switched on), and, for online orders, payment and delivery partners.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and application data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above and for any period the law requires (for example, tax records for orders). After that we delete it or remove what identifies you.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, update it, or erase it, to withdraw your consent, and to nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you cannot. Email sales@vishvprabhafoods.com from the address you used, and tell us what you want. We will respond in the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.

Security

We use access controls, signed links, spam protection and rate limits, and we limit who can see enquiries. No website is completely secure, so please do not send us card numbers, passwords or other sensitive details by email.

Children

This website is for adults and businesses. It is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
