This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website and is governed by applicable laws under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020 (India).

🧃 Eligibility for Return

Due to the perishable nature of juice products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product
The product delivered is incorrect (wrong flavor or variant)
The product is expired or not safe for consumption

If your situation matches any of the above, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

📦 How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement:

Mention your Order ID, a clear photo/video of the product, and a short description of the issue
Our customer care team will verify the request and guide you through the next steps

Note: Returns must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable).

💸 Refund Process

If your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.)
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be made via bank transfer or digital wallet upon confirmation

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Products returned without original proof or physical evidence of damage
Taste or personal preference issues (as taste is subjective)
Orders placed with wrong address or customer input errors
Opened or used products (unless defective)

📦 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund
Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible
In case of any issues with payment or duplicate orders, contact us immediately for resolution
